If the item can be left unattended at the delivery location, please mention it in the delivery instructions. If the recipient isn't available, the Sherpa Driver will assess if there is a safe place to leave the item and if not he/she will contact you directly.


If the item cannot be left unattended, please make sure you also mention it in the delivery details. 


If you wish for the item to be returned to you, we will log a return delivery for which you will be charged.
