If your delivery takes longer than the requested delivery time, we will e-mail or call you to follow up. If it's late due to our own error, we may decide to refund the delivery cost, depending on the following criteria:


  • Pickup address must be within pickup radius.
  • Delivery distance must be less than 20km in distance.
  • 15 min > 30 min late = max. 25% refund of delivery price
  • 31 min > 60 min late = max. 50% refund of delivery price
  • 60+ min late = max. full refund of delivery price
