If you wish to request a refund if the item has been damaged or the delivery was late, please send us a refund request at support@sherpa.net.au.

We may refund the delivery cost, depending on the following criteria:

  • Item was damaged during transport
  • Pickup location must be within 10km pickup radius
  • Delivery distance must be less than 20km in distance
  • 15 min > 30 min late = max. 25% refund of delivery price
  • 31 min > 60 min late = max. 50% refund of delivery price
  • 60+ min late = max. full refund of delivery price
