If the address is incomplete, always check if there is a tag on the item, most of the time, the full address will be written there.

If it’s wrong/incomplete/doesn’t exist and the tag on the item doesn’t help, then you need to call the client and confirm what the address is. 

If you can’t get a hold of the client then give us a call on 1300 13 77 18 or click the ‘Problem’ button in the app and explain the situation.
