Check the delivery details to see if the user has left a note about what to do in case the recipient is not there. 

If the delivery details say it's ok to leave the item unattended, only do so if there is a safe place to leave the item:

  • away from sight
  • away from heat
  • will not get damaged

As proof of delivery, upload a picture that clearly indicates where the item has been left.

If the delivery details make no mention of what to do in case the recipient isn't available, contact the client directly and ask them what you should do with the item. If you don’t get an answer from the client then give us a call on 1300 13 77 18 but make sure you’ve tried to call the client first.

If the client wishes you to return the item, let us know so we can log a return delivery.
