When a user logs a delivery, sometimes the payment doesn’t go through immediately and it will show as ‘Awaiting Payment’ on the app. When a delivery hasn’t been paid for, you will not be able to access the full details of the delivery.


You need to wait for the delivery to have been paid before you proceed with the delivery. If the delivery is still awaiting payment for more than 5 minutes, give us a call on 1300 13 77 18 or click the ‘Problem’ button in the app and explain the situation.
