You can definitely change your order once its been logged so long as a driver has not yet been assigned. How?
Website:
- Log in online
- Click 'Current Deliveries'
- Click on the necessary delivery ID
- Click 'Edit Delivery'
App:
- Click 'Current'
- Click on the necessary delivery
- Click the 3 dots on the right side of the page
- Click 'Edit Delivery'
If your delivery has already been assigned but not yet paid for, you can only update:
- Item description
- Pickup details
- Delivery details
- Other Instructions
- Reference ID
If you need to update any of the below details, you will need to get in contact with us ASAP via +61 2 4058 4005 so that we can update this right away.
- Delivery Date
- Delivery Time
- Vehicle Type
- Pickup/Delivery Address
Please note that your delivery may take longer than expected and the price will be adjusted accordingly. If you choose to cancel the job please find more information on the process and associated fees here.
