If you wish to cancel your delivery before a Sherpa Driver has picked it up, you may do so from the app or desktop platform in the 'Current Deliveries' section by clicking on the delivery in question ONLY if you have scheduled the delivery in advance.
Please note that if the delivery is not yet assigned and you contact us to cancel your delivery. You may be charged a $1.50 processing fee.
Cancelling Assigned Deliveries:
If you wish to cancel an assigned delivery, please get in touch with us ASAP via live chat or call us on 1300 13 77 18.
- If the delivery gets cancelled and the Sherpa is assigned/enroute, you may be charged 70% of the delivery price up to $15.
- If the delivery gets cancelled when the Sherpa is close by to/arrives at the pickup location, you may be charged 70% of the delivery price up to $25.
- If you need to cancel your delivery after it has been picked up, we may charge you for the full delivery price. Return fees may also apply.
