If your item has been damaged during transport, please contact us ASAP via email.

Please make sure your email includes the following information:
- Delivery ID
- Proof of Damages (Photos - high resolution and different angles if applicable)
- Explanation of the situation
- Copy of invoice showing cost of goods
We will then investigate and should Sherpa be at fault, we will provide compensation for damages up to $300.
