Authorisation To Leave:
If the recipient is unavailable and you have left ATL, the Sherpa will assess if there is a safe place to leave the item.
- If there is a safe place: The Sherpa will leave the item and take a photo of where the item was left.
- If there is no safe place: The Sherpa will contact you directly to ask for permission to book a return or redelivery.
No Authorisation To Leave:
If the recipient is unavailable and you have NOT left ATL, the Sherpa will contact you directly to ask for permission to book a return or redelivery.
- If you have mentioned in the delivery instructions that the job will need to be returned to the shop if no one is available, the Sherpa will not contact you to ask for permission.
If a return or redelivery needs to be booked, you will be charged.
