When a user logs a delivery, sometimes the payment doesn’t go through immediately and the job status will be shown as Awaiting Payment. When a delivery is awaiting payment, you will not be able to access the full details of the delivery.
You need to wait for the delivery status to change to Paid before starting a delivery.
If the delivery is still awaiting payment for more than 5 minutes, contact us via live chat and we will get in contact with the user right away.
