Sherpa investigates all issues to make sure we know exactly what happened. Depending on the situation we may:
- Issue out a warning
- Reduce the amount of deliveries you can accept at once
- Blacklist you from a specific user
- Withhold payment for the delivery in question
- Unapprove your account
Once a delivery is completed, users will receive an sms asking them to rate their experience, therefore it's extremely important that you do your best to give our users the best experience possible.
