Update it yourself: up till delivery is assigned
If you provided incorrect or insufficient address details for either the pick-up or drop-off location, you can change this yourself via https://deliveries.sherpa.net.au/users/reports/current_deliveries up till the delivery is assigned to a driver.
The delivery charges will be recalculated based on the new delivery distance.
Delivery is assigned, but not yet picked up: contact Sherpa support:
Contact Sherpa support via chat or call ASAP and let an agent update the address details for you. The delivery charges will be recalculated based on the new delivery distance.
The driver has arrived at pick-up and the address is incorrect:
If the driver arrives at the pick-up location that has been logged incorrectly, the delivery will have to be rebooked and 70% of the delivery fee is charged to the client.
The driver has arrived at drop-off and the address is incorrect:
If the address is incorrect upon delivery, the delivery will be cancelled and 100% of the delivery fee is charged to the client. A re-delivery is booked automatically.
The items have been delivered to an address that was incorrectly logged:
If the address is incorrect and the item has been delivered, Sherpa will not be responsible for the missing item.
