Sherpa strongly recommends all items to be packaged in unmarked/unbranded and sealed cardboard boxes or plastic bags with a minimum thickness of 3 mm and additional packaging measures for items that can be considered as “fragile”.
Sherpa Drivers reserve the right to decline the pick up of goods upon arrival if the Driver Partner concludes that packaging of the items indicates high item value Content or is uncomfortable with accepting the job. In this circumstance Sherpas Customer Service team will contact the active driver pool to have the job reassigned as soon as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, all indications and suggestions that the content of the packaging includes high-value items, including all visible markers of a brand and all its trademarked products.
Sherpa does not accept extremely fragile items, such as balloons and tiered (wedding) cakes. Non-tiered cakes are accepted.
